Militants claim responsibility for missing plane

It's hard to put much stock into the credibility of the claim this group is making. It is reminiscent of bin Laden taking credit for downing helicopters in Afghanistan when the causes often times were mechanical in nature. However, we can't entirely discredit the claim as it may be tied to the attacks in China a few weeks back.
